Interviewing Your Inner Dialogue

Learn to notice, acknowledge, and challenge the voices inside your head that keep you second-guessing yourself, worrying unnecessarily, or holding you back from who you want to be and the life you want to live. We’ll be doing an 11-minute guided reflection, to interview one of your inner critical voices, so you can start to reprogram the outdated and exhausted stories you’ve been listening to. Find a quiet space, where you'll be uninterrupted, and have a pen and paper to record your reflection. Here’s an accompanying WORKSHEET to complete with the reflection.
